Osteria Tokyo, a contemporary Italian restaurant, is scheduled to open its doors in Ginza this year -the exact date is yet to be announced- and will be curated by three-Michelin star chef Massimo Bottura in collaboration with talented Karime Lòpez, Head Chef of the original Gucci Osteria in Florence. The first Gucci Osteria premiered in January 2018, was awarded its first Michelin star in 2020, and was the first part of a series of contemporary restaurants that share the same values and principles under one Gucci Osteria umbrella.
