Paros is being reintroduced as a favourite summer destination thanks to its latest addition: Cove Paros. Nestled just a stone’s throw away from Naoussa, the beating heart of the island, this boutique hotel blends minimalist aesthetics with a distinct Aegean aura, the kind that ex-udes out towards visitors upon the first moment of their arrival. The sea air, the magnificent view of the Aegean, the natural calm and a sense of privacy all harmonise perfectly; accented by the world-class services and facilities of Cove Paros, located on the enchanting Agioi Anargyroi Beach. Created with Cycladic elements and earthy tones, the design of Cove Paros was curated by the architectural firm eDje. Clean lines, natural materials and fine details harmonise with the surrounding environment, creating the ultimate refuge for relaxation. These minimalist aesthetics are showcased throughout the hotel’s 45 suites, set against the backdrop of a beautiful seascape. A prime example of what’s to be expected is the Cove Signature Signature - a sublime series of five suites with innovative aesthetics and elegant facilities. The great outdoors are a continuation of the suites’ interiors, creating an atmosphere of absolute privacy where guests are one with the Earth, on the idyllic beach. The gastronomic concept of the hotel has been curated by Gikas Xenankis, a pioneer of contemporary Greek cuisine, awardee of Golden Caps and Greek Cuisine Awards as chef at Aleria, and Cuisinier de l’ année for 2020 according to the Gault & Millau gastronomic guide. This summer Xenakis anchors in Naoussa, introducing Rada restaurant to Cove Paros as a daring redefinition of the Cycladic gastronomic tradition. With a strong emphasis on pure produce and seasonal ingredients, Rada is a tribute to the natural bounties of the Cyclades, located on the beach and taking guests on a journey of summer tastes, both during the noon and in the evening! Docking in Paros to recharge your evening entertainment is Vassilis Kyritsis, co-owner and bartender of our Athenian favourite The Clumsies.
